After turning vegan almost 4 years ago I became interested inhealth and nutrition. This led me to taking yoga classes as a form of non competitive exercise. I soon realized however that there was more to yoga then a good work out: it helped me organize my thoughts and understand life happenings.

Gradually building my strength and flexibility, my confidence grew and combined with learning yogic philosophy, I wanted to share the ‘yoga experience’ with others. I received my RYT 200 from Freedom Yoga in summer 2013 under the guidance of Sundeep Tyagi and I am registered with Yoga Alliance.

I believe yoga should be accessible to all and that it is a great way to bring community together; it is an individual practice that brings awareness to connectedness.

Having a background in Environmental Science from York University in Toronto, ON, I am passionate about nature and our relationship with it, and also enjoy travelling and watching documentaries.
